"I don’t normally do this as I am in the industry but I’ve never been to a place where people don’t care or are just in there own bubble first of all I order from this franchise a lot but in Armadale centre that one is great friendly and always switched on. Not what I received at the Piccadilly one, first of all I ordered the loaded that means I get a choice of 2 meats I then got told the two meats I picked had 80p charge as they are premium meat cuts, then I picked another there was a charge on that too I asked what is there not a charge on she said chicken and pork so why ask me to pick if that’s all I can have as part of the burrito I had picked, then I paid after that I got the hot burrito in my hand no napkin now bowl like normally you would in any other bar burrito, I sat down, then after that I thought the place is quiet for lunch time the door was broken at the front and you couldn’t open it properly i whiteness 8 people try to get in the shop and walk away because they thought the place was closed the team members where just stud at the counter and did nothing just talking I’m sorry to put this up but I’m sure that the whole point of opening a business is to make money I would re-evaluate the team members that where on today."
