"Vegetarian sandwiches provided consisted of cucumber bread and cheese tomato, very unimaginative. The sandwiches had been exposed to the air for sometime as they were dry and hard. We were given berries with mould on them. Upon arrival we were ignored at the restaurant reception before finally being shown to a table in the bar. Since we'd booked a table in the restaurant this was not ideal. The consequence of being put in the bar want we had no table service at all, our drinks were not refilled, our plates were not cleared. At any point that we needed assistance we had to go and find a member of staff, for someone with limited mobility this is challenging. To top if off we were then charged a non negotiable service charge for receiving no service"
