"Me and my partner were in Edinburgh for my birthday and needed to find a nice, dog friendly restaurant. We were welcomed by a gentleman, who shows us to our seats. Our server then became a truly lovely lady, called Abbie. She greeted Bailey with a bowl of water and 3 gravy bones (which he thoroughly enjoyed! I spilled the water bowl on my way to the lavatory, (so embarrassing! But Abbie reassured me it was absolutely fine and that she is usually the one to do it. Abbie even let my partner try out different ales and recommended ones she thought she'd like, which added a personal touch to our experience. I ordered the red squirrel burger (delish! And my partner ordered the truffle mac and cheese (which was huge as it came with garlic bread and fires! We both thoroughly enjoyed! Service was speedy too. For afters we had keylime pie and a banoffee pie to share, both were exceptional and were freshly made that morning. Prices were reasonable for the quality and overall experience. Would highly recommended this establishment!"
