"We were the first guests at the restaurant and the only diners for a good half-hour. We ordered a main for two, which we were told would take half an hour. The waiter advised us to have starters while waiting, which we did. But we ended up waiting ONE HOUR for the main dish to arrive, long after we'd finished the starters. We had to ask twice how much longer it would take, and received no explanation for the delay, only a half-hearted apology. The food was nice but not worth an hour's wait or the half-hearted service. They had the effrontery to charge us 12.5% for the service! (With hindsight, we should have refused to pay it, but we were fed up by the end and just wanted to get out of the place as quickly as we could. Would not recommend this restaurant: they do not respect guests enough to keep them informed of what is happening or to tell them the truth."
