"Terrible customer service experience!!!!! 17/11/2022 I ordered pizza deal tonight from sidwell street outlet. The driver called to find out directions which I gave him but clearly he was somehow confused or not listening or distracted. He hung up on me, I called the outlet and spoke to a person called Carmen who displayed appallingly shocking customer service 1. She accused me of being rude to the delivery guy which I wasn't, she couldn't say exactly what was rude that I said to him 2. Then she threatened to hang up on me because I was rude to her...apparently I was raising my voice at her. Something I could also accuse her of as she was strenuously accusing me of rudeness to the driver. 3.When I told her their customer service was appalling considering her accusations and threat and not even thinking she should listen to my view she said the driver has hearing impediment and couldn't hear me and so was not comfortable to deliver to me... quickly changed the story from me being rude to the driver not feeling comfortable to deliver to me 4. Probably the worst of all, when I asked for her name and she told me and I spelt it just to be sure I heard right, she burst out laughing and commented sarcastically that I got the spelling right!!! That was so disrespectful!! They totally ruined the evening for our guest who we ordered the pizza for. TBH I am actually scared of eating the pizza, how do i know she has spat on it?"

"This was by far the best pizza hut experience I have ever had. The staff was very friendly, especially Aliza and Mohammed Majid who were wonderful. All of my needs were met (and then some) and I was able to dine in at the restaurant. When I had an issue with my Samsung phone payment, they were very understanding and allowed me to go to my car to retrieve my card. The delivery today was extremely hot and everything was intact. I have had problems with other pizza deliveries in the past where the food arrived cold and the cheese melted onto the box, but that was not the case here. The delivery driver arrived in a blue Toyota car and was extremely professional, adhering to all coronavirus protocols. I have zero complaints and will definitely be returning."
