"my wife and I had the tasting menu. we were both impressed by the funny bouche and the competition four. these stood out more than a few of the courses. the best of the courses were the cornish makrele, the oeuf noir and the haselnuss soufflé....The cornish makrele was delicious and wonderfully presented. the oeuf noir was tasty and definitiw improved by the sea salt. the black truffles but, had no truffle smell, the soufflé was excellent. it was not in a pool of oil like some of the others we had. the service was very friendly and coordinated. the garden leading to the restaurant was well maintained, which can offer a good photo opportunity. this was a real difference compared to others."
