"Terrible service. We waited 15 minutes to be served, and no one even came to our table. It ruined the family moment we were hoping for. Not one person apologized or showed any concern, even with my 82-year-old mother there. Just because a restaurant is popular doesn’t justify rudeness! We ended up leaving."
