"I had made a reservation, but when I arrived, they had no record of it and seemed surprised when I showed them the confirmation email. Fortunately, they were able to seat us fairly quickly. The service was lacking, but the food was good, though quite pricey — £9 for a simple hotdog served in a plastic basket felt a bit excessive. I ordered the Highland cubes, which were delicious. The setting was beautiful and had a nice ambiance."
