"Newly revamped. Proof is now open from 10am til 12am. We've had brunch and dinner there. The Mezze board was delicious with these incredible broad bean falafels. Locally sourced food, lots of gluten free and vegan options for those who need them. Cocktail menu on point and all the ones we tried were made to perfection... I'd recommend the aviation. Super friendly staff. COVID-19 measures in place without it ruining the relaxed atmosphere. Beautiful plants inside which are all available to buy. We will definitely be going back again and again and again..."
