"We have been visiting for a few years and have always found the staff to be abrupt, rude and lacking interpersonal skills. We visited yesterday at 7:45pm and were met by a female staff member who almost unwillingly took our order as though she was doing us a favour. As we were ordering, a customer had joined the queue behind us waiting to order As we waited outside for our order, this staff member came outside and told the lady in the queue that We 're closed now and not taking any more drinks orders and shut the door! It was 7:50pm 10 minutes before closing time. Would it have been that difficult to serve the last customer who was in line way before closing time? That 's the straw that broke the camel 's back for us we won 't be visiting again. I imagine the same could be said for the customer you turned away."
