"This is a cool little restaurant in Bristol that serves up some hearty food and well constructed burgers. I was in a large group and they accommodated us over two tables which was fine. Not one for calorie counters...I had the El Gauco special which was burger and steak; it was easier to eat than it looked in a perfectly toasted brioche bun. The staff were friendly and kept an eye on us although they did forget part of my order and left it on the bill but these things happen. They have a couple of beers on tap and provide water for the table automatically. Some larger jugs of water may be more beneficial to avoid staff going backwards and forwards topping up. Not cheap for burger and chips as there are add ons that can see the price sore a little but it was very tasty and I recommend."
