"I always come here great vibes and always great fun HOWEVER the European waiter with an attitude was rude and was sexist!!! We where sitting next to some girls and he was flirty and giving them some recommendations as we where sat next to them and could hear the same conversation and they where lovely the pair of them, and when he took our order he wanted nothing to do with us getting agitated looking around being rude to us almost making us feel uncomfortable and not wanted ! We all work in hospitality and know this behaviour was odd and why he decided to pick on us and not the ladies funny right! Even the ladies picked it up which was quite funny and how he’s character changed from when he turned from table to table. I think he needs to be more polite and be shown how to respect every one and not discriminate people as we felt discriminated! But apart from that food and drink where great but not happy with the waiter !"

"Service was excellent: reception was smiling at first arrival, Thia and her teammates were very good at taking care of us (table of 10). Food and drinks were delivered promptly and at the right time. Drinks were nice, the menu has various options and the bar is well furnished and prepared even though I would have loved more options for alcol free cocktails and an alcol free beer, but I am sure that if I'd ask the bartenders they would have made any requests (and anyway that is just me). Food was abundant and innovative, and I really appreciated the options for vegetarians and vegans. We went for the set menu and couldn't finish the mains. The fried chicken was very well seasoned and tasted amazing. I would have loved to try a dessert but I was too full. Premises were amazing, cool set up and marvelous graffiti that compensate the fact that the toilets were upstairs. Toilet (men) clean and with pleasant wood touches. The place is very nice. Atmosphere and overall experience very positive. The place gets 5 stars, live music happy people: either if you go with friends and or with your partner or date it is absolutely recommend!"

"I’ve been here many times and never had a problem. Last night I was in here with one friend. I went to get a drink and was told to join the back of the queue but some really angry bar manager. I think it might of been mistaken identity as I was waiting in the queue. When I tried to explain I was sworn at, I was stone sober and this was going to be the first drink of the night. Then she put her hand on my and after telling her not to touch me due to covid. She didn’t have a answer so decided to try and get me kicked out. She then got the bouncer, after 30 seconds of speaking to the bouncer he realised I done nothing wrong as he seen me queue up. He said “she like this all the time” Disgusting all I wanted was a drink. I know bar staff have bad days but I was being very reasonable. To stop any more Agro I got my friend to go to the bar and order two rums and cokes. Look at bank this morning we been charge £14 each!!! £28 for two rums and cokes!!! Clearly the bartender suppose to charge us £7 each but has done £14 each Verbally abused and robbed and all we wanted to do was stop by for 2 drinks. The bouncer was friendly and understanding. I never had a problem before in here and I like the venue and I just left feeling confused. It must of been mistaken identity or something but really bad experience. "I spent ages searching for places to go dancing late at night in London for a Christmas night out. This place got really highly rated. So I booked a table for 10pm. I asked for downstairs but FYI they said because it was Saturday night and I booked the day before none were available. But that was fine. We bought drinks (a jug of margarita was £34 which I thought was reasonable for Soho) upstairs and then went downstairs. It was absolutely rammed. But the vibe was good. Standing room only and lots of smiling faces. The music was R B though which is not my kind of thing although I knew most of the tunes. And also I felt very old (I'm in my 40's). So we only stayed for about an hour in the end. But I could see that it was a really fun lively place to be, just if you are a bit younger than me. lol."

"I actually like this place, but the staff are slack. I have raised the issue of meat falling into sauses and being mixed up. I do not eat beef and my kids are vegetarian. Yesterday night, I watched as a piece of pulled pork was dropped into the salsa verde sauce. The staff saw me watching and then proceeded to mix it into the green sauce. I have raised this with them and I don't think that they get that some people do not eat meats for religios reasons pork (islam) beef (hindus) vegetarian (not meat at all). Its about time you cleaned up or start to loose customers as the concept is likeable!"

"If you're looking for a decent British take on traditional Cali-Mex dining, this is as good a place to start as you'll find. We ordered nearly identical burrito in a bowl/box meals and it was definitely the right choice. The boxes were packed (see attached not so great pic) with delicious ingredients. We also ordered a selection of chips and dips, which were all good but none of the sauces were really meant for dipping but made great additions to the boxes. Highlights included the amount of food for the price, as mentioned the box was stuffed. The quality of the ingredients and taste were great. On the flip side, provision of sour cream was anemic and the grilled veggies could've been a bit more charred. Additionally, maybe I'm missing something but I've never had cucumbers included as a grilled veggie but they were a fine addition. The sauces could've been a bit more robust for the price (with chips), and a cheese or nacho sauce would've been a welcome inclusion or side. We'd happily order again."

"This was my favourite burrito place over the other (albeit new additions) options in town. However past two times I've had problems with the orders. First time several items missing which ruined our night but granted mistakes happen so I thought I'd give them another go. This past Sunday 26th we ordered again, 2 burritos bundles, extra chips and salsas, 2 jarritos drinks, over £33 order value. Order arrives and only has chips and half the salsas, no burritos or drinks. Get in contact and they resend missing items, another half an hour later get burritos that are poorly filled, wrong soda flavours and entirely BLACK guacamoles. I had 4 pots of guacamole all of which were darkened and smelling from day before guac which is instantly recognisable so I was appalled they sent these with our order, disrespectful to say the least and condescending, assuming the customer doesn't know what fresh avocados look and taste like. Absolutely I'll be taking my business to Tortilla or Chilango both of which have proven superior in food flavour (burritos fillings are generous and guac always fresh), as well as customer service which has declined absurdly in Mission Burrito."

"Burritos are ok to be honest but not very flavoursome, rather expensive for what you get, especially considering the things you would expect to get in a burrito like guacamole and other such fillings are extra (had to pay £1 extra for a tiny bit of guacamole at the bottom end of my burrito). Tried the"punch in the face and if I'm honest, i shouldn't have bothered paying the£1.50 fir a can of coke, because it was more of a mild slap on the cheek, quite disappointed, probably won't bother again, since a burrito and coke cost me almost a tenner. To be honest i left wishing i just went to Dr noodles like i had originally planned, that and wee Mexico across the road is better value and just has much tastier burritos."

"The worst burrito I have ever had. How can I put this... I would rather eat a microwave bean and cheese burrito from the supermarket before eating here again. Seriously unpleasant, cold, no flavour, dry meat, bland overcooked rice, large raw pieces of capsicum (I found one the size of a poker chip in mine), insert rinsed beans from a can and I could manage 3 bites before giving up. My partner had the same except he had hot sauce and jalapenos, I tried his and it had some flavour but it was only because of the extras he added. We agreed what was left of these abominations must meet the bin and we opted for a kebab instead out of hunger and desperation."

"I had made a reservation at Bread Bones to catch up with friends and discuss the details of a wedding. We visited on a Sunday afternoon and the atmosphere was just right. However, the only issue was the waitress who served us was quite rude. She repeatedly came to our table to take orders, even though we were waiting for one more person. When we were still deciding what to order, she kept coming back and asking if we were ready, despite us not being ready yet. It felt like she had nothing else to do and eventually disrupted our conversation. When we mentioned we wanted to share a burger, she gave us a disapproving look. The restaurant itself is nice, but they definitely need to work on their customer service skills. Thankfully, there was another waiter who was very friendly, which was a stark contrast to the first waitress we encountered."
