"The staff were friendly and the afternoon tea was delicious, but I booked the tea online a few days before my visit at a price of £19.95 each and after the meal I was told that I had to pay an extra £4 each because the prices had gone up and had not been updated online. The first member of staff told me there was nothing they could do and that I had to pay the extra cost After complaining, the second member of staff only charged me the price I had booked it at. She was very apologetic. Overall we had a nice time."
