"they have messed up our order. they have not cooked the ribeyes properly. sweet and far to rare. the remaining food was cold. the employees came out of the customer toilet during the service? either romantic or drug. both are unprofessional. terrible atmosphere. the girl that served us was the redeemer. she had a feeling of humor and could think in her feet. she should work somewhere else so that she is not bound into a bad review by unity."

"Rudy's Pizza Birmingham offers excellent customer service with very attentive staff who keep the tables well maintained. The menu includes a great variety of vegetarian and vegan options alongside numerous customizable toppings. The pizza bases are flavorful and cooked to perfection. They also have a wonderful selection of wines and spirits. Although I didn't try the beer, they featured some fantastic specials. If you enjoy aioli, you must try dipping into their house-made version! We will definitely be returning. Thank you, Rudy's Pizza Birmingham!"

"Very nice Sunday luch, initial service a bit slow of the mark and needed some prompting, we dined upstairs on a very sunny day and it was like a greenhouse in there, they opened the doors but were told the awning blinds were not working so had to sit and cook in the sunlight, this needs to be sorted. Food was excellent, went for Lamb Pie and sausage and mach with a starter of the charcuterie all of which was delicious."

"I had a birthday for approx. 80 people in early January and everyone loved it. Firstly, the events team at the head office are incredible got back to me really quickly, able to move the dates and change the timings based on what I wanted from minimum spend etc. Staff were lovely and venue decor is stunning. Only slight criticism is that you can only redeem against your minimum spend whilst at one bar this got very busy whilst there was no one downstairs, and also there was no craft beer upstairs for some of the guests. This was a small part of a great evening cleared up after us all, let me take decorations and play my own music, and kept my gifts to collect when I could. 11/10 venue. Also served food to those who wanted, who said it was great!"

"There were only two options available, but both were good. If I had to choose, the rocket and pine nut option was the better one. The marinara pasta was also decent. The options were good overall, but the sauce could have used a bit more salt - typical for Scotland, where they love their salt. This review was updated on August 18, 2020."

"Booked a wedding here for May, poor communication throughout including two points of contact leaving without informing us. They also did not turn up to a meeting in which we took annual leave. 2 weeks before our wedding, they told us the renovations (we were not aware of those when booking) were not ready and initially not offering any alternative when told this. When they did offer an alternative it was not a like for like and not acceptable as we had viewed the rooms previously. This is despite our communication that we would only proceed with the renovation works complete, to which they assured us they would be. They offered a full refund in writing twice, and then took this back 2 days before our wedding which we had to rearrange on short notice. If they could reply to our solicitors emails that would be greatly appreciated to give details to take this further. Would never recommend this place, service is atrocious and they should be ashamed ."

"I chose to book with Danny's due to the excellent reviews on Trip Advisor. When we first arrived, I did wonder why I'd bothered to book as the place was pretty empty, but within 30 mins of arriving (we arrived at 12.45) the place was full! We all ordered burgers there's plenty of choice depending on what you want in your burger, plus you can choose what sort of chips you get too. I ate there with hubby and 2 kids (9 and 6) and all were happy with their meals burgers were nice and thick, very tasty, and the chips were good too. Would definitely eat there again! Only one slight note from me there was a large screen on the wall which was showing football, followed by rugby. Trying to get a conversation out of hubby and son was challenging. Personally I don't like having sport on whilst I'm eating, especially if we're out for a family meal, but can quite understand that lots of people do. So just FYI in case you're not a sports lover!"
