"Although we arrived early for dinner with our dog, we were told we couldn't sit in the restaurant due to the dog, which was somewhat frustrating. Instead, we had to sit at the high tables in the bar area. On the positive side, the carvery was excellent.
We had a good night's sleep, although the room was quite warm initially. The shower was easy to use and had great water pressure, but I would suggest placing the soap in a more accessible spot.
We woke up early, and the gentleman who prepared our breakfast was friendly and did a fantastic job. Overall, this place has a great atmosphere and wonderful dining options, and I would definitely recommend it."
