"Use their standalone app for several years without a big problem (some confused orders, usually sorted, but the food is good so it is worth a bit of faff) But this time the restaurant has refused to get the order, and claims that I ordered from somewhere else, despite the fact that it has listed their phone number that I called via app orders without problem on the same app that I have for years, the same settings, with payment under Pizza omore trade name. The guy in the restaurant finally told me that it's not his problem and that *I* have to call *her* app developers to sort it. Absolute shame. Avoid."

"We ordered the BBQ 12" pizza and mozzarella dippers at this restaurant. We didn't have to wait long and were impressed with the freshness and flavor of the pizza, which was also very generous in toppings. The dippers were crispy and light. "We had made a reservation at The Wilderness a while back, but unfortunately our plans were disrupted by COVID. Finally, we were able to visit for lunch on Saturday, and it was definitely worth the wait. We chose the ten-course tasting menu along with a couple of glasses of their 'hacked' wines. As soon as we sat down, we were greeted with a complimentary glass of Prosecco and water, and our meal began. The variety of dishes was outstanding; from crispy pig cheek with apricot gel, to steak tartare, turbot, and mackerel. Standout dishes included a delicious beetroot ice-cream with a rich ajoblanco, and a fantastic mushroom and 'bread pudding' that was like a gourmet version of mushrooms on toast. The service was excellent, each course was tasty, and the wines, especially the Chardonnay 2.0 and the Vermouth, were top-notch. While the meal was on the pricier side, the quality of the food, service, ambiance, and music made it all worthwhile."

"RACIST staff. I asked if there were any promotions prior to ordering. No promotions after 12am . OK fine, no problem. I then proceeded to order a calzone whereby I can chose any four toppings. When I asked the staff to explain the toppings I got asked have you never been to a pizza shop before Ofcourse I have but I haven 't physically seen the toppings so I would like a little guidance please I responded. Then the main guy taking the orders said something along the lines of are you not British/ you don 't know how to speak English I immediately thought to myself. I 'm being victimised because I wanted to know what the toppings were. It wasn 't even that busy. I took my business down the road to speedy pepper No racism there)."

"I was looking for zero star for this place. The worst customer service I ever experienced. Rude staffs and poor quality food. I hope the owner take some action before his business go down . They done ever read the note on your order. I have mentioned in the note that on delivery please call not to knock on the door , the delivery driver banging on the door 1am. Woke everybody in the house. On top of that missing drink on my order and when I called them, I was shocked how rude and not even an apology. The food was not good at all, over cooked burger, dry chips . If you want good burgers good customer service go to ALI BABA. DONT BUY ANY FOOD AT KENS KEBAB."

"This takeaway is not worth any stars at all. When placing the order I was given a delivery time for an hour after ordering, At I phoned the shop to be told they were very busy and the rain was causing problems. I was assured our food would be with us in ten minutes. Half an hour later I phoned again and complained that our delivery was now an hour late. I was given the same excuse. They really couldn’t care less. At we finally got our food. Lukewarm and really not worth the wait. I would not recommend this takeaway even if it was the last one open. No customer service at all."

"Having ordered here on many an occasion, usually whilst being fuelled by a lack of energy to cook myself, I’ve found this Domino’s branch to be of good standard. Almost always they have a deal on that makes the food of good value. I particularly like the ‘2-4-1’ collection deals, usually found on the front page of The Oracle newsletter. I would say these are not to be scoffed at, but in light of what Domino’s sells, would be a pun too far."

"I have always frequented this restaurant with only a few minor issues. However, last night we placed an order and I specifically ordered a doner burger meal that was supposed to come with a choice of chips, curly fries, or wedges, and a drink. I chose curly fries. When the food arrived, there were no curly fries. I tried calling multiple times but was met with a constant answering machine. When I finally spoke to someone, they were rude and insinuated that I was lying, despite the fact that I had paid 5.99, which included the curly fries (I will attach a screenshot as proof). After about 10 minutes of arguing, the person said they would send out the fries, but they never arrived. I couldn't get through to them again. I will never patronize this dishonest and rude establishment again. It's time to find a new place to spend our money, as they do not deserve it."
