"I left mine after a night here at the last weekend. I called the next morning to check with lost property and a man told me very politely that he had it and that I could come and collect. I told him that I will not be in london for a week, to which he said he will keep it safe for me. Unfortunately, when I went back a dame (which turns out to be manager) looked very stressed when I asked about the schal and was incredibly reluctant to help me. she went in and out of the office and pretended to look for something and was incredibly confrontational all the time. she only brought out two sacks of lost objects after I asked them three times politely...more"
