I had called on Sunday to reserve a table for two on Tuesday, January 31st. The lady on the phone took my booking, confirmed my mobile phone number, and repeated the details back to me. However, when we arrived by taxi at 7pm, we found the restaurant closed. We had to pay £30 for the taxi ride with no dinner to show for it. Despite Google saying you were open and Facebook stating you were closed on Tuesdays, you still accepted and confirmed my booking. Why did you not inform me of the closure and what will you do about the wasted taxi fare? If I receive a response, I may consider accepting your apology. If not, we will not be returning."
