"We were greeted promptly and warmly on arrival and offered a choice of tables. As the restaurant was very busy, this was appreciated as one of our party uses a hearing aid which picks up background noise. Staff were all smart, polite and attentive without being pushy and they had a good grasp of the dishes on the menu. Two of our group chose the Cheese Souffle starter which both said was excellent and the Stone Bass main was also a stand out, the other two mains were considered excellent also. The wine selection was comprehensive and reasonably priced. The meal was first class in all respects and of the four evening dining experiences we had in Chichester on this visit, Brasserie Blanc was unanimously agreed as being the best. We have used this restaurant on visits to Chichester for many years and will continue to do so."
