"i would really advise strongly against using the services of this restaurant .ive used them three times and never again. im an experienced waiter of many years standing and have never and would never give such bad service to a customer or i wouldnt have a job.my first time ordering a received a call after some time asking to come down to a car to pick up my food.i informed the driver to ring my bell(i live in a house)and bring my food to me.he then buzzed my bell and came up the stairs huffing and puffing as if i was putting him out.he obviously doesn't understand what delivery means.he was so miserable i was really worried that my food could have been maliciously interfered with.i went through the same experience twice more although i always tipped him.i went to order again and was told we dont deliver to you anymore .use uber eats and the phone was dropped twice on me.this is so shocking im enraged and words fail me that this kind of attitude happens in the uk.if your driver doesent want to deliver get on that does want to.these points have already been covered in many other reviews,very negative experience and just generally very unpleasant.thank god there many other restaurants in the area ,so i dont have to give support to such unprofessional outfits"

"Food Poisoning! Beware! After enjoying a meal with some friends, we all wound up with a wicked case of food poisoning the following day. While the food was tasty, it's not worth it! I followed up with the management who was unhelpful and indifferent. Poor customer service. There are so many great restaurants in Tooting- avoid this one!"

"After a busy day last Sunday we thought a curry so to try delhi flavor as I am new in the opposite and like to use local restaurants where they are worth it. delhi flavour is worth a visit. the room was quiet. I guess that's normal for a Sunday night. the personal is friendly and efficient. the food was excellent. my partner would recommend the lamm madras as he eagerly shot the loose. he likes his curries hot and he said the lamb madras was certainly hot. I swallowed the chicken-shashlik that was beautiful. I love the fact that we could take our own drinks. it makes a great evening a little less expensive. although the prices in delhi aroma are excellent. we will certainly return to this place as often as we can. a large curry house in walking distance, happy us!"

"We stumbled on this restaurant after a long hike. There isn’t any parking at the restaurant but we were advised to park in the pets world retail park and it was a 5 mins walk to the restaurant. Decor is simple nothing fancy. Staff were very friendly, attentive and social which makes a huge difference to the experience. Food was surprisingly good. We ordered channa puri and mixed grill for starters. For mains we had chicken jalfrezi, tandoori prawn masala with rice and naan. Lastly for dessert we had cardamom tea and kulfi ice cream. Our favourite was the channa puri, jalfrezi and the naan which was freshly made. The kulfi ice cream was a nice finish to the meal. The other dishes were okay but nothing really to write home about and we may be a little tougher considering this is our home food. We have made allowances for the fact the restaurant needs to cater for its locals such as sweetening up some of the dishes with cream and coconut. They also made space for my husband to pray which was a bonus. Unfortunately they do not take American Express but took debit card payments. Overall we enjoyed our time here and would come again."

"I used to order Indian takeout from this place for years, but after it changed ownership, the quality has declined. The menu now includes a choice of pilau rice or plain naan with every main dish, with an option to upgrade for an extra charge. They also offer a free side dish for pick-up orders, but there are some issues with this new system. Prices have increased noticeably, portion sizes have decreased, and the overall quality of the food has gone down. "So where do I begin.... I thought I 'd try this establishment again after having a good ish experience, this time As a take away. Please understand I live 2 roads away from this restaurant and waited an hour and 5 minutes for my food! Whilst on the phone to an incompetent manager the food was received and was STONE cold! The excuse was given to me from the manager that yes it is only 25 minutes late what is the big problem which I brought to his attention that it was NOT 25 minutes late as I was told 30 minutes remember 1hour 5minutes! I requested a full refund in which I was called by a senior manager who was at home. This coward of a man is rude, unknowledgeable, incompetent and disgusting and is very lucky he has not met me in person! Especially after hanging up on me because he didn 't like it when I made a fool of his solutions as they were totally a joke. He started the conversation by calling me a liar, suggesting I TEXT him my bank details for a refund to which I declined for obvious reason, he then proceeded to shout and try to be sarcastic! Biggest mistake to make and didn 't like it when I put him in his place. Then demanded I never order from him again and that I was wasting my time as his restaurant was the absolute best I the area! HAHAHA funny mate. After an hour of arguing and him contradicting his own points I made sure he understood that receiving my refund immediately was the best solution as I would take this further. I will be seeing him"
