"Booked through OpenTable and all confirmed. Also left messages on restaurant answering machine. Travelled specially to restaurant only to find it closed with no explanation. Even opening times on door stated it should have been open. No response from restaurant to subsequent messages left. Would definitely not recommend and would not use OpenTable again unless able to confirm direct with the restaurant which defeats the whole object of OpenTable a very disappointing experience!"
