"Shocking service. Dirty service areas. Seats and floors littered with crumbs and old food. Cups for tea and coffee are stained and looked disgusting, opted for paper cups instead. No trays asked staff for one and was handed a dirty one. It’s self service for cakes but no utensil available to lift cakes with. God knows how many people had fingered them previously. Struggled to find somewhere to sit because most tables were uncleaned and stacked with dirty plates and trays. Perhaps if the staff were more attentive towards cleaning and less bothered about screaming about football and using their phones, our experience might have been better. The whole place just felt filthy, no wonder Covid is on the rise again with cafes like this on the go. First time at a Morrisons cafe was also my last."
