"I ordered a few pizzas from this place. The quality of the pizzas keep going down hill. Im a regualar, have ordered here for yesrs, so they have made good buisness frome me and my family ,however i have had on going problems with them giving me the wrong dip. I called up and said i got the wrong dips , and she refused to offer me a refund on my next order (of just over two pounds! and bascially said that they were not wrong, basicalully calling me a lier. I had all my family try it and they all said it was not right. It had no rosemary in it and as im a regular i order this dip all the time me and my family know how the dip tastes like. I even invited my neighbour road and she was like 'juke what is that! That is not garlic rosemary! ' A couple of quid they could have refunded me or they could have said we will put in two free dips on your next order, knowing im a regular customer, but they instead would rathrt loose a regular customer, and get bad reveiws all for just 2 quid! They have terrible customer service, the customer is always right espcially for just 2 pounds!! The pizza quality has gone down and i think this has been the last draw for me!!!"
