"I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. We made a reservation through OpenTable for Father's Day and received confirmation. However, when we arrived at the restaurant at the scheduled time, it was closed! There was no call or notification beforehand. I am unsure of who to blame for this unacceptable situation - OpenTable or the restaurant itself."
