"Food was excellent. Beautifully presented and some very clever combinations, especially the leek hearts with black pudding! Every dish very tasty. My only slight draw back was the service, which was a shame because they were very nice but painfully slow. Food came out at a good pace but took ages to be served once seated, never asked us if we wanted drinks, when eventually served went straight after our food order. also had to catching their eye when we wanted more water and drinks. However a very small point on the scheme if things. Will definitely be back!"

"I originally stopped in for a quick meal, but ended up staying much longer because my wife and I enjoyed it so much. We indulged in approximately 9 tapas dishes and also savored a lovely bottle of wine. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. It was definitely the best meal we've had in Bayswater/Notting Hill, and I would highly recommend it to others. Highlights from our meal included the melt-in-your-mouth pork ribs, flavorful marinated pork, crispy fried fish, spicy patatas bravas, and savory mushrooms. We finished off with a delightful dessert and a complimentary shot."

"Why have I not gone here before? My wife took me out for a birthday dinner and I chose this place as somewhere new to try. It's in a great location just opposite the Playhouse Theatre and very close to Princes Street. What a great...choice! The food was excellent and every dish was beautifully presented. I'm sure it's all good but we loved the whitebait, calamari, octopus, pork cheeks, Spanish black pudding and salad with grilled goats cheese. We had dishes between us, portions were decent and good value for such quality food. The staff were really friendly and even sang me happy birthday and brought me a wee cake. The atmosphere was great and it felt like everyone was having a happy night out. Just what we all need in these difficult times. Thanks La Sal for a great experience!! We'll be back."

"After we had a really hard time finding a place to have a drink, a nice Spanish guy invited us to try jamon jamon and it was a surprise. this place was almost at closing time, but all the waiters were really helpful and they wanted to serve us as well as possible after hours. the music was also beautiful. the only thing I didn't like was the fact that the toilets were a little creepy. I'll eat there next time!"

"I have visited this restaurant twice, once with my partner and once with my parents, and both times we loved it. The selection of dressings is excellent, and I highly recommend the wild boar dishes. My father enjoyed the great selection of fish options as well. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the staff is very friendly. I have also been to Selales Tapas, but I prefer this restaurant for its taste and variety. They offer beautiful wines and delicious apple wine as well."

"We had a dinner at this place on Saturday night. We have been served by an girl, where I saw literally the worst customer service ever. We ordered glasses of red wine and in one of them there was a kind of leaf, when...we asked for explanation, the waitress tried everything to make us feel uncomfortable about it, saying even that is how the wine is and if we would had drunk any red wine we would know. My question is: How the management allows this kind of behaviour ? To conclude with the fact that we even paid nearly of service charge. OUTRAGEOUS !! I do work in customer service as well and I know that sometimes you might have a bad day but that was excessive. The food was good but overall the restaurant is to expensive."
