"Disgusting Customer Service! Ordered a Family Platter and 2 Cheese Burgers. There were no Chips delivered with my Platter. Called Pepes, and they told me they were sorry but they cannot send another driver out just for 2 missing portions of Chips! I was livid when I heard that. I cannot eat the meal with one of the most important sides missing. They were adamant that they cannot send out a driver and said next time I ordered, I will get some extra! The conversation lasted for over 8 minutes and I got excuses that the manager had gone home, he cannot justify sending out a driver with just some chips, etc, etc. I told them, in that case, send the driver to come and collect the incomplete order, as I was not prepared to eat it. They eventually agreed to send a driver with 2 portions of chips. Whilst my food was getting cold after almost 1 hour later, the driver arrives with the chips! Rang Pepes back to complain, but they told me that they will leave a note for the manager in the morning. Not Happy at all : Cold food and hot chips"
