"Staff were very pleasant on arrival and attentive at the table. My partner had the McRib sandwich and didn’t enjoy it unfortunately. I had the fillet steak and asked for it medium and it came rare I still ate it as it was delicious. Just not my cooking preference! I also thought the sides for the steak were very measly would have been much better had it come with mushroom and tomato like the chateaubriand does."

"Very disappointing. I booked private room for my 50th and had someone come to decorate room before arriving she advised me that the manager Darren was rude to her when she arrived and told her to stop whilst he was speaking to some random person. I was advised £20 per head and I paid for extra 2 as they couldn’t go but didn’t want to say. Now checking bill I have been given a £30 service charge which I was never advised about. After settling drinks and food bill no one came to me and asked if everything was ok, so we just up and left even though we had room for another hour and half. Wasn’t willing to spend any more money. Will say food was lovely and bar staff was pleasant enough. But just found the guy Darren very off not sure if he owner or manager but seriously needs to brush up on manners if he wants people though that door! Everyone asked me today how Bistro 210 was gave them the honest answer won’t be back!"
