"I love this restaurant. It’s unpretentious and the food is excellent. The arepas are lovely and my favourite is arepas con carne mechada which is beef, the empanadas are delicious too and I love the plantains and Black beans . I often go there for...lunch and it is always excellent and really reasonably priced. The owners are really friendly and it has a really nice atmosphere. I cannot recommend it enough"

"Able to make a booking online, but they were fully closed on Saturday! No mention of anything when booking and everything else says fully open. They have also checked us in as if we went there!"

"At the first attempt Mezcal I will definitely come back. The staff was friendly, knew there menu and had a bit of patter that was in tone with the canteen style. Tryed a selection from the menu and must say everything was excellent, fresh and delicious. Food and drink cheap."
