"Booked table for 3:30pm and arrived five minutes early. Got our table and drinks, had our starter and were up for our main course at 3:40pm to be told by the chef that we were cutting it fine! He was obviously trying to hurry us along to get away home which wasn’t very pleasant. Food was to the usual high standard and as usual a great variety, although the gateau didn’t taste too fresh. The young waiter who served us didn’t seem to understand us, I think his English wasn’t too good. He also had an overpowering body odour issue which was disgusting, considering he was working around food. Definitely would go back though and still recommend it."
