"Absolutely appalled, made a pricey order of £70, the driver had been on the road with our food half an hour. Turns up at the door and the food has spilt in the bag. She literally runs away from the door and says she can't do anything about it. But before she leaves tells us she had two drop offs before ours one of which is 20 minutes out from our house! Rang Yoons and they completely shirk all responsibility and refer you to Uber. But I didn't spend £70 with Uber. The food is clearly poorly packaged and is in a complete state and cold on top of that. No responsibility from Yoons or Uber so you get terribly packaged, spilt, cold food and nowhere to go. Easy get out clause that the delivery is nothing to do with them. But surely they decide the amount of stops with their delivery partner and half an hour for delivery should be unacceptable. Surely they should have some responsibility towards the people they use to deliver food. The customer service is atrocious and the person on the phone proceeds to tell you to put it into perspective. I guess it's because they are not £70 down. Has anyone thought about the end customer spending money and getting complete c**p delivered. Cold food Soggy boxes Curry everywhere Poor customer service No money returned Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1"
