"The dining experience was enjoyable and the food was delicious. I ordered a dessert plate with melted chocolate drizzled on it, with a candle underneath and a variety of fruits such as strawberries, blueberries, and bananas. There were also two types of brownies included. The food was very tasty. However, the menu has since changed and this particular plate is no longer offered. The staff are typically friendly, although there have been instances where they seemed a bit aloof."

"Our friends back in New Jersey told us to make reservations at Mulligans, Kieran the owner went above and beyond making us feel welcomed. We were only in Dublin for a few nights , there was 6 of us . Gerry and Renata got us cold drinks and hot food . The atmosphere is wonderful, you feel like family . The service is outstanding and the neighborhood is upscale but not pretentious or stuffy. Will be one of our stops the next time we are in Dublin"

"I will never visit this restaurant again. My family and I were the only customers there. It took 5 minutes for the staff to acknowledge us. Our starters took 45 minutes to arrive. The waitress couldn't speak or understand English. The service was terrible. This was supposed to be a birthday party for me and my family, but it was a bad experience overall. Avoid this restaurant."
