"Not very happy customer I have made An order for delivery and it said to make a comment of which flavoured Ben and Jerry’s ice cream which there was no space or box for it. Tried calling for the whole 25 minutes before delivery was to arrive and both contact numbers were busy the whole time then the delivery driver came and wouldn’t go back to change the ice cream and was asking who was going to pay him for it and tried charging me for it saying wallisdown from kinson was too far. Absolutely fuming this is a joke"

"The sub I had was quite tasty; I ordered the Italian BMT on hearty Italian bread, which is definitely the best choice. The toppings were well-combined, and while I think crumbled cheese is overrated, it was still enjoyable. However, the service was a bit lacking. I felt drained by the time I left. I’ll definitely consider ordering again the next time I’m in the mood for a sub."

"went in for 2 breakfast rolls,1 of which was gluten free. i asked for breakfast bacon but noticed he was putting on the thin strips of bacon that they use in a BLT etc. i just assumed that they had run out of the breakfast bacon. ordered a coffee and a tea and when i went to pay he wanted to charge me £9.90. i said that was wrong and he said no you asked for 2 bacon rolls, thats £9.90. i told him i asked for breakfast bacon when i went to give him the rolls back he offered to charge me for breakfast rolls. i was paying by card and just as i was paying i noticed that he had not changed the amount from £9.90. i told him and he had to give me change in cash. when i finally got to sit down i looked at my receipt i had not collected any subway points, the machine was down, but the receipt said they would be added as soon as the machine was working again. 24 hours later still no points and he charged me for 2 gluten free rolls when i only ordered 1. Do not use"

"I have been to this Subway many times over the last number of years! Food is always prepared nicely and they always ask you if the sub is “okay” or to your liking! So when people complain about “not getting enough salad” you can always ask for more! (I have before with no problems! A good selection of Subs available with some good offers on meals and sides! I recently tried the new ‘Tiger Pig’ Sub (Jumbo Pig in Blanket on tiger bread and the mince pie cookie, both were absolutely delicious and I will definitely come back for seconds! Staff are always friendly and talkative when I visit and the restaurant is always clean! It is also a lifesaver that Subway also is on Deliveroo, and when ordering from this branch it has been always the same quality as if I picked it up or eaten in! Will definitely continue to visit this Subway branch in the future!"
