"went in for 2 breakfast rolls,1 of which was gluten free. i asked for breakfast bacon but noticed he was putting on the thin strips of bacon that they use in a BLT etc. i just assumed that they had run out of the breakfast bacon. ordered a coffee and a tea and when i went to pay he wanted to charge me £9.90. i said that was wrong and he said no you asked for 2 bacon rolls, thats £9.90. i told him i asked for breakfast bacon when i went to give him the rolls back he offered to charge me for breakfast rolls. i was paying by card and just as i was paying i noticed that he had not changed the amount from £9.90. i told him and he had to give me change in cash. when i finally got to sit down i looked at my receipt i had not collected any subway points, the machine was down, but the receipt said they would be added as soon as the machine was working again. 24 hours later still no points and he charged me for 2 gluten free rolls when i only ordered 1. Do not use"
