"I wanted to make a review because this place has changed quite a bit and felt the need to share. I'll split it into sections. Food: Nachos/ Nachos were good, problem is the portions are tiny between 3 adults we maybe had 5 tortillas each. Imagine taking 15 tortillas from a Doritos bag and that's your portion. Bit of a joke. loaded fries/ I had these fries which was between 6 7 pound mark they came with some toppings. I expected it to be loaded, but nothing special about it at all. Another tiny portion. southern fried burger/ my partner had this and looked the as you'd get in the spoons. Spoons is actually better than this. For something so expensive you'd expect a bit more quality. fajitas/ her sister had the fajitas and it looked nice. Again a few small bits of sliced chicken and some dips. The profit mark up on the food must be amazing. For over 17 quid for some small sliced chicken and a few mini wraps. Its taking liberties drinks/ we had 2 Pina coladas and 1 Paloma. Paloma was decent, the Pina colada was average at best. They have changed recipe and it came with ice but thick small pieces. This drink used to come blended and more of a frozen type cocktail. Service I mean it was ok but very basic. Our server had as much enthusiasm as a potato. Leaning on the table while taking our order. She looked like she hated being there. Some people should not be in hospitality. They did do a check back from the manager and the manager bought the food out. I was so disappointed in the Nachos I was going to refuse to pay for them. But we did anyway. Both me and my partner have worked in hospitality for a long time and we know the industry quite well. when food quality is average at best and price is high. This is not a good sign. We used to like coming here the portions were bigger the drinks were better, the service was better. The food was better. I don't know what happened but I won't be returning. If you want a decent burger head to 7bone just along the way. Way better food and portions. Should of known not to go. The place is always quiet but eh oh. Hope you find my review helpful guys. If your in Camberley look at other options as this is not the best place to eat. Thanks"

"The attention to detail from the staff in respect to allergies is exceptional. A great range if foods for vegans vegetarian and meat eaters alike. The burritos feed at least to adults or one very hungry one. Decor is comfortable and in keeping with the theme. The recycled beer bottles and bottle caps as light fittings is a nice touch."

"We had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. Our reservation was not recorded, so our table wasn't ready when we arrived. The service was slow, and our food came out at different times, with most of it being cold. Throughout the meal, we had various waitstaff who seemed indifferent. The prices were high for food that was just average in quality, and to top it all off, a service charge was added to the bill without any prior notice. "We ordered from this place 3/4 times, all good no complains with curries and burgers. We made an order the other day weekday at 10pm) and when they brought the food there was a portion of chips missing, the pizza crust was completely black and burned, and after a slice I found a black hair between the pizza base and the cheese, so i'm sure is NOT mine! We called to get another pizza and our chips, but whoever answered the phone was very rude, saying that they are all bold at the restaurant and it was not possible! And after 10 min arguing he finally agreed to bring a new pizza, but only if we could show to the delivery guy the hair... After all that mean arguing i did not want any food from them, who know they could have spit on my new pizza... Never again!"

"On walking in we were shown to the bar and told it would be a short wait for our table, it turned out to be seconds rather than minutes, the staff were very pleasent and helpful and patient. The food and drinks arrived at just the right timing and both the food and drinks were spot on. "Hats off to the management and staff of Cantinetta for truly earning this one-star review from me. It was a team effort that I felt deserved recognition. We had guests from out of town and it was up to us to pick a restaurant that showcased the best of Crosby (according to Google reviews). We were a party of 10 who had reserved a table for Saturday evening with plenty of time to prepare and even pre-order if needed. Upon arrival, we were seated and given the drink menu. Unfortunately, the staff took 40 minutes before taking our drink orders, despite reminders. They seemed to make excuses rather than fulfill their duties. We should have probably left at that point, but we stayed. The food that was eventually served was inedible, particularly the Bruschettas which were popular choices for starters. There were delays in serving the main dishes as well, with some younger guests jokingly starting to eat the table. Thankfully, the main meals were of decent quality once served, but the service lacked any apologies or acknowledgment of our dissatisfaction. When we spoke to the manager about our experience, he seemed indifferent. This lack of care or apologies for a subpar experience on their part is the reason for this one-star review. "EVOO is Extra Virgin Olive Oil . Why did i say this at the start, we kept staring at menu wondering what it was , as most dishes would have it . We went there on one of the bank holidays. There was a wait time about 5 mins. We were served by a friendly staff. Learned kids get juice and ice cream as part of the meal deal. We opted for panosso. I was expecting a small sandwich but what we got was a large sourdough bread sandwich. It was quite a portion and we had to take leftover home (they don't mind) . Overall for 2 person and 1 small kid the cost was £19 to give you a cost perspective . There is definitely lack in the the type of filling used (chicken) but there are plenty of other places to go. When it comes to authentic Italian food with quality ingredients which can be quite good for your body, this is a good place. We will be back for a pizza (son ordered it) it was delicious"

"Was great to be able to eat at Bella Italia again . Sadly missed some items from the old menu, in particular the seafood pasta dish which was my favourite and myMums. We did however enjoy the pasta and prawn dish we selected instead. We were very disappointed by one of the starters we chose (I know they don’t call them starters now) which was the ravioli. As you’d expect it was described as being parcels containing a filling. When we tried them they were empty parcels. Very disappointing. They were removed from our bill but this dish needs addressing as no one is going to find them acceptable."
