"I didn't visit the restaurant but I did order via Deliveroo, which interestingly is associated with this page. I ordered two chicken tikka burger meals (came with fries and a can of pepsi. Food arrived and was lovely right up until the point I took another bite and was aware something didn't seem right...I pulled the meat out of my mouth to discover it was raw. I phoned the Aroma Lounge and tried to explain what had happened, this became frustrating when the gentleman on the end of the phone seemed to think I wanted Chicken Tikka Burgers times four as opposed to complaining it was raw. Upon deciding that messaging communication was maybe better and sending the photos I was told that, first, the sauce on the chicken can make it look uncooked! Then that all meat is pre cooked so this would be impossible and lastly that Deliveroo had gone to a different restaurant by mistake and picked up my exact same order. Most importantly,they said, this was not their fault. If they had actually said it was a mistake I would be upset but would understand but a restaurant that is incapable of being accountable for the safety of their customers is one that rates a terrible in my book"
