"It was another lovely evening at Lovage. The quality of the food was excellent. As a vegetarian, I was disappointed that the menu was the same as the previous 2 visits. I have now had the gnocchi 3 times. I don't think I will come again if there is no change for vegetarians."

"The chicken was dry and flavorless. The ginger cake was okay, but a bit dry. The coffee was a disappointment - I was served instant coffee disguised as an Americano. I couldn't refuse it as I had an American guest with me and didn't want to embarrass Manchester. The service was slow and the overall experience was not worth the high price."

"Dubberley Delicious is a private fine dining experience for up to 10 people. Our party of 3 agreed the menu in advance with the chef patron, Jack Dubberley, and we weren't disappointed on the day. All dietary requirements for our 5-course lunch had been catered for and everything was excellent from start to finish. We were visiting from Oxfordshire and only wish we lived nearer! I am sure we will return."
