"I read reviews here complaining of orders not arriving or being cold, but decided to take a chance anyway assuming it was just a one-off issue. Unfortunately, 2.5 hours after placing my order, my food still hadn't arrived. I received a notification that it was on its way, but it never showed up. They didn't even bother to let me know so I could order from somewhere else before closing time, despite having my phone number. I tried calling them multiple times, but they wouldn't pick up. Even the third-party food delivery app I used couldn't get through to them. If you plan to dine in at the restaurant, this review may not apply to you. However, I wouldn't recommend ordering online from them at all. There's a high chance your order won't be delivered or will be cold by the time it finally arrives. It's impossible to reach them by phone and their customer service is severely lacking. In all my years of ordering from restaurants, this is the first time I've experienced such poor service."

"I always preferred Chinese but have been ordering from here a lot lately, food really nice, service is great, the back door is open a lot and it's impeccably clean in the kitchen, the set meals great value, my go to establishment now. "I was looking for a quick bite to eat and was excited to find a menu with two full pages of vegan options. I decided on the marinara dish and was pleased to see it arrive at my table just a few minutes later. The service was excellent, the staff was friendly, and the food was delicious. I will definitely be returning to try more of their offerings. Perfect 10/10!"

"Before going there, we called the restaurant and asked the manager if they can host a table of 22 people, they were more than happy to say yes. So, we all went there and after placing the order for starters and mains this is how it went. It took them 45mins to serve the starters and when the food came, chicken tikka was cold and seekh kebab were hard, we ordered 7 mix platters for starters and only 5 arrived at the table. For mains, we had ordered 5 sajji (only 2 came), 3 lamb karahi and 3 chicken karahi, they served 4 karahi’s (2 each) 40mins after the starters had been eaten, they served karahi’s and then naans came 20mins after the karahis! Some of the guests on our table started eating their karahi with fork! The service was shocking x10, my dad and I kept taking turns to nudge the manager for food delay as guests were being impatient. The manager was too busy making waffles and cookie doughs for Just Eat orders! After 2hrs of hassling with the manager and food delays etc, we asked the manager if he has any desi dessert, he said he has nothing apart from ice cream which was not even made and said he can make a cookie dough but will be 5mins delay on each guest, which asian restaurant serves cookie doughs and waffles to the elderly? Anyway, we asked him to make ice creams which he started from scratch and served after 20mins! To top off the horrible service, food everything, I asked my dad to see off the guests into their cars because there was no way I was paying the full amount which by the way came to £437.98! My cousin and I asked the manager to compensate for such poor service and food, he said he can only bring down 10%, we then said it should be 30% off atleast he then started shouting at us and tried putting the shutter down at the restaurant and said he’ll find my dad and ask him to pay in the car park infront of the guests to embarrass him yes these were his exact words! Anyway, then it annoyed my cousin and I and we said calm the hell down, we will be paying but told him how inconsiderate he was being. We were about to pay then he started talking rudely to my mum and my aunty which really annoyed us and that’s when we told him to get his act together! We ended up paying 10% less. He also threatened to call police used some islamic terms on us etc etc. We also said to him if he could not serve a table of 22 people, then why did he say yes, it would have saved us an embarrassment infront of my sister’s in laws! Please DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. IT’S A JUNK YARD! Parking has no lights, no bays, there is garbage everywhere. Toilets are broken and dirty, service is shocking and food comes with ALOT OF DELAY."

"I placed an online order at this restaurant. Unfortunately, I mistakenly ordered the same items twice, so I called to correct the error to prevent the company from losing money. However, I was met with rude and abusive behavior over the phone. Ironically, I had decided to give them another chance after a previous experience where the chicken I received was undercooked and had to be finished in the oven. It seems like customer satisfaction is not a priority for this establishment."

"Really poor customer experience. We had just arrived to the city for a few days break, and after a long drive, and starting to explore the city, it was great to sit and have some food and a drink. Did not realise the customer experience would be so bad. Not given a menu after entering and being seated...had to ask for one after 5 minutes Gave a drinks order....never received it Asked another member of staff if we help ourselves to drinks from the cabinet was told no it will arrive to our table Gave a drinks order again to another member of staff ........ by now it was towards the end of our eating and we were nearly full. 40 minutes after entering. Outcome=no drinks (Whilst the above was going on the staff were pandering to their grown children seated at the back of the restaurant eating/drinking) Some people were seated and had no cutlery and they had to get up and squirrel them from another table. On the plus the food was good. Left feeling like they couldn't care less."

"Attention all vegans, look no further! I am amazed at how this restaurant manages to create such delicious, fresh, and unique food for only £6.50! I didn't believe it until the waiter revealed that it was his mother's recipe, and they all enjoy these beautifully cooked vegetables as a family. The flavors are truly exceptional and worth every penny. I even traveled two miles just to satisfy my cravings. The photo doesn't do justice to their Makali wrap - you have to try it for yourself! Trust me, you won't be disappointed."
