"My cousin and I came to off the waffle after many times prior to this one. We think the new makeover has brightened the place but still doesn’t have much atmosphere. We feel the small bottles of coke for the size of the waffle and...for the time we wait are not enough. We feel a refillable drinks machine would go down a lot better. Maybe more staff members need to be on during one shift as this will speed up the process, and will also give the restaurant a better, busy atmosphere. We think they need to look at other desert establishments that are thriving and take note that this place could have a lot of potential."
