"I had the unfortunate experience of witnessing the preparation of our vegan pizzas at this restaurant. The employee used her bare hands, which had previously been handling meat products, to make our pizzas, contaminating the veg boxes. Despite the delicious taste of the pizza, this incident has deterred us from returning to the restaurant. We received no response from the staff when we requested that they use plastic scoops instead."

"My friends and I ordered pizza for delivery last night from Basingstoke Papa John's and we were really impressed with the service, value, taste and price. We were able to customise our pizzas, even calling to adjust one, and they got every pizza exactly right. The toppings were generous, fresh and evenly distributed, the pizzas arrived exactly on time, they even have gluten-free pizza (which we didn't try) and vegan pizza (which we did try and was amazing). We highly recommend it and will definitely be ordering it again. 5 stars!"

"On Friday, May 10, 2024, we placed an order at 10:43 PM. The order was accepted, but the order tracker informed us at 11:30 PM that our order had been cancelled. By midnight, we still had not received any food or email confirming the cancellation. It was frustrating not knowing if our order would be delivered or not, especially after already waiting 50 minutes. It's not the kind of game I want to play on a Friday night. We decided to wait for a refund and order from another restaurant before they closed. We were very disappointed with the experience."
