"After using cinnamon spice for many years, last nights service was appalling. 4 hour wait for a curry ordered at 6pm via their website paid for in advance. Many calls during the evening and reassurance given even at 7.30pm informed it was being cooked clearly incorrect misleading information. After an evening of multiple calls to the restaurant having the phone just ringing out, calls cancelled and text messages unanswered I did speak to the restaurant at 10pm they still were giving excuses the curry was being cooked totally unacceptable. A family evening spoilt without even the courtesy to call us and inform us of a 4 hour delay. I dread to think of people who ordered after 6pm when or if their food arrived or was it just ours that was forgotten. The restaurant should not accept orders they cannot deliver in a timely manner and if a delay is above the informed time of delivery the customer should be informed at least then giving us the option of sourcing the families evening meal elsewhere. We are still awaiting a refund which was not processed last night as promised, again very disappointing when the money is taken out if the bank immediately refunds should also be prompt. A family evening ruined by incompetent organisation of a takeaway service which surely was anticipated to be busy, even more disappointing as the food us usually very good but significantly let down by the operational management."

"Amazing service received by my family on Saturday night. My aunt was over from USA so we decided to take her out for her 1st Indian meal. Mehek didn't disappoint, we were all blown away with the food and the attentiveness of the staff. The manager and his team were super efficient, the service was indeed 1st class as was the food. "...because this place used to be great and I'm worried it's going downhill. We often visited this place and got takeaways regularly and it was one of our favourite restaurants. But we went recently having not been back for a while and it really was not a good visit. It was a Friday night, we were the second couple in there. First change was that they no longer have a wine menu, the choice is red or white though we were quite relieved it hadn't gone dry! . Later a table came in and were allowed to bring their own bottle- I wish this had been advertised as we would definitely have done that! The food menu was much reduced from what it used to be- some of the main dishes we used to enjoy are no longer on there. My sister ordered a salmon dish for main- the staff member had to come and explain that she only had enough salmon for one portion and the table next to us had ordered that too- so both parties had to settle with half salmon, half some other fish. Low stock levels on a small menu is a concern. And note these were the two tables who were the first ones in that night. As the restaurant started to fill up the service became slower and slower. We sat with our finished starters for a long time. When the mains came my sister's fish dish was a very small amount- and we think maybe one small piece of salmon! As we were being served I pointed out that I had also ordered some sticky rice- she said it was just coming but I didn't see her go and check- I never got my sticky rice : So my sister of the small main portion then had to share her rice with me. I tried to get the server's attention but by that point the restaurant was full and it was impossible to even catch her eye. The table next to us had to physically get up and try and catch the person to get their bill and we also had to wait a long time to try and get ours. There were two takeaways while we were there- they also seemed to have to wait ages for their food. I did point out I didn't get my sticky rice so she removed that from the bill, but no concession for the change in fish dish. It's such a shame as it's best this place is great but they just need some help. They did not have the capacity for a full restaurant and takeaways. Despite clearly struggling they kept seating people. The food is really good but your experience is ruined by the service and constantly having to chase someone for something missing. It's also cash only- but they do warn you of this."

"I took my mother to the Two Sisters restaurant for her birthday last Sunday. We were immediately greeted and informed about the brunch options (i.e. buffet versus brunch specials and other adjustments, such as turkey bacon instead of pork). I think this is a great place for a relaxed brunch and definitely for a mother-daughter date. We loved the food and the service. We drove to a Groupon and will definitely drive again without the Groupon. Worth it."

"Very average Indian, lamb was lovely and tender and the saag paneer was good but apart from that it was only ok. The butterfly king prawn starter was disgusting and inedible had to call up and let them know as I don't think it's fair to serve that to people, the rice was kind of hard, the cheese naan had hardly any cheese on it and the bombay aloo didnt taste of much. Looking at other reviews this may of just been a one off but our first time trying so a bit disappointed."

"no later than a Friday evening. it came minus a court next to me, but when it was late, I didn't call her to ask. had left an interim report on just eat and said that eating was very good, but there were missing items. these young people read this and came back unannounced in the following night, with the missing court and some rice to go with it. in short, they really care about their call and customer service as well as the production of good means of life"

"Good ambience... And that's the only good thing! Food some items are ok like naan bread. But curries were bad. Especially Tikka masala was so sweet like dessert. Service was pathetically slow. Pulav rice was like yesterday's left out plain rice. Will not visit again, given there are so many other Indian restaurants around."
