"We came here for a date night; we live close by so always wanted to visit saw a seemingly amazing OpenTable deal of 50% off starter and main so we booked. However, we felt a bit cheated when we were told that the 50% off doesn 't apply to the Signature Dishes this should have been stated clearly, upfront, in the terms. We were really looking forward to trying e.g. the rib eye, scallop, etc., before being told they were not part of the deal and would have required supplementary charges. It is a bit of a petty way to attract customers with a dangling fruit and then denying them of it. That pretty much ruined it. The food we ended up ordering (1) calamari quite bitter; (2) zucchini fritters mushy and soggy, not sure how this could have qualified as a 'fritter '; (3) beef cheeks OK, tender; (4) butterfly chicken best dish of the meal. Would have given this 2*, but the service was good and attentive, and the deco and ambience was awesome so 3* overall."
