"The restaurant only served sandwiches and snacks, with no actual dishes available. It was frustrating to discover that the restaurant may have closed or did not have a functioning kitchen. This was especially disappointing as it was an additional expense for a hotel and birthday celebration. It would have been more considerate if they had notified us in advance that there were limited food options. We used to be loyal customers and even celebrated our wedding there, so this experience was disappointing. Shameful!"
