"We had a reservation for 7:15, and the staff kindly called to inform me that the meat wouldn't be ready until 7:45. I appreciated the communication. Once the meat was cooked, the food was delicious. However, I was unable to use my mom's birthday voucher because she had already used a gin voucher, which I thought was a bit unfair given it was a birthday celebration. Also, the staff didn’t seem very attentive; they assumed we only wanted the carvery when my mom actually wanted a wrap."
