"Went to Dan Moon for Sunday Lunch. It was the longest 3 course set menu lunch I ever had and it was exhausting. Waiter was gracious when I asked him to please do not forget our table but nothing changed. Food was very good but the overall experience with such wait times in between plates and even to get water was just too much on a Sunday. Front of House Manager gave me his card on the way out for next time, but they don't realise there is only one first time to make a good impression. Why not have a gesture when I am still there?"
