"Confirmation number: 83523 Booked 6pm for my girlfriends birthday, even got a reminder email the day before which was cool. Arrived 5.55 was seated and then we must have turned invisible. 3/4 tables of guests in the restaurant,. Counted 8 staff (1 girl at the bar making drinks since we arrived so can’t blame her- I said goodbye to her as we left) 20 minutes is too long to wait to be asked if we want a drink, overall a disappointing experience to a place I haven’t been to for 2/3 years, I’ve had good food before here but didn’t get to taste it this time. I didn’t feel right spending my money there as the service was so disappointing."
