"Ordered off the specials menu not realising how small portions were. Wait staff could have been more attentive. Gluten free menu available on request. Used 20% discount code which worked out well. Would not return in a hurry, but overall was a moderate experience"

"Wow wow wow! What a find. This restaurant and hotel is a hidden treasure in Brighton and Hove. The menu, service, food and wine is exceptional. Choose the taster menu. Choose amazing wines paired or not you will not be disappointed. This is a very special place and I will make sure this is a firm favourite and somewhere I will return to again and again."
