"the truth is said that this was my first real British pub to which I have ever gone, but still I enjoyed my first stay so much I came back three days in order. the ship inn is absolutely great, I would go so far to say it is among the best bars I was time. the staff is super friendly, eating is at a restaurant level of quality and taste and the beer selection should have something for everyone! the building itself is worth a visit. I hope I'll be back soon."
"We found this pub last year when we visited Cardiff for the 1st time, on our 2nd trip to Cardiff this week the first thing we did was to go have lunch there, we stayed in Cardiff for 4 days we ate there 3 days) we wasn't dissappointed , the food was excellent, staff were great, very friendly, highly recommended."

"Good characterful restaurant, great food with generous portions. What makes this place though is the staff who are so friendly and welcoming. My only criticism, and it’s a small one, is that the place was a bit cold but given that we visited mid-winter and heating a place of this size must cost a fortune I can understand; perfectly forgivable as the rest of our visit was excellent. Would definitely recommend."

"I don't frequent Basingstoke often, but when I do go out, I always make sure to visit The Bakers Arms to watch rugby. I enjoyed a few pints before taking a break to use the restroom."
