"I love the concept of the Jellied Eel and wanted to support local venture, however it didn’t really live up to the hype. The main problem was extremely slow and quite frankly lack of service, I have never before had my food arrive before my drinks! We were shown to our table and then pretty much left to our own devises. If we wanted service we had to go and find it ourselves drinks order turned up incomplete. There was only one bar tender fixing all the drinks and 2 front of house staff who after an hour seemed to have given up. Such a shame as the one cocktail I did manage to get was absolutely delicious."
