"Usually love Firebird, but booked to go for some dinner with a friend prior to a gig in Kelvingrove Bandstand. Took over an hour to get our food resulting in us having to rush it down to make the gig in time , drinks and sides orders got mixed up. Staff didn't communicate with each other so a lot of confusion over our orders. They were obviously very busy but they should have staff numbers/kitchen to cover bookings. Staff tried their best but it just wasn't up to scratch and very disappointing. Also never mentioned that their card machine wasn't working, so as we were rushing out to our gig, we were informed we would have to go out to cash machine to get cash and return in order to pay, which caused further delay. Probably just a bad night but not good enough when Id recommended it as ideal spot for a quick bite to eat."

"I know I lite eat a pitta. But I had forgotten how awesome it was. The staff in the one in town are so busy, but happy and helpful. I had a complicated order (for a fussy friend, obviously) and they were more than happy to oblige and made sure they 'd understood the order AND even found the cheapest way to give it to me! My pitta was amazing. Humus, falafel, all the salads, tahini dressing. Each bite was like oh my gosh, I 'd forgotten how much I LOVE eat a pitta! warm pitta rammed with deliciousness... Thanks for the reminder."

"Very disappointed. Average gluten free pizza, fine but had better. Potato and chicken dish very expensive for the size. Nothing mind blowing. Extreme concern about your menu. States allergen free dishes that actually have the allergen in. Lucky the waitress is on the ball or i‘d have been severely ill! She said it may have been a menu misprint… to be honest, I don’t care. If your allergens are printed wrong, get it re done. It’s not something you mess around with. Having the wrong allergens printed could kill someone. Won’t be returning, better places in Belfast."

"This restaurant serves fantastic pizza, one of the best I've ever had. The crust is crispy and there are plenty of toppings. It truly gives you a New York pizza experience. The staff is friendly and attentive, creating a cool atmosphere for a great dining experience. In addition to their delicious pizza, they also serve incredibly spicy buffalo wings and garlic knots that are melt-in-your-mouth delicious."
