We learned this information gradually as we inquired about more options. We were seated near the chef, hoping to witness some culinary action, but instead, we only saw the chef preoccupied with spreadsheets regarding staff availability for the upcoming week, which did not contribute to a pleasant atmosphere. While the staff did check to ensure our food was satisfactory, it was rather off-putting to see them frequently rub their noses while serving. Overall, the meal was expensive, and I won't be returning."
